Back in London

I had a great day recently investigating different centres of creativity.

First I visited the Art Hub in Woolwich which is run by a non-profit Community Interest Company that offers space, services, and facilities to support artists throughout their career. An artist friend, David Helms, has a studio there and I went with his wife, also an artist, Eleanor Bowen. It was fun, meeting and talking with David and other artists about their work, printmaking and ceramics, jewelry making as well as painting.

From there I went on to the City and Guilds London Art school MA show. A fascinating range of creativity including weaving.

I need to find more time to meet and talk with other artists.
